Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India is an Export Promotion Council, set up by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce, Government of India for promoting the export of Pharmaceuticals and Health Care products and services from India.

With the support of Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India, Pharmexcil has initiated an exhibition, IPHEX (Indian Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Expo) in 2013, the second & third edition in 2014 and 2015 which was a grand success with over 500 foreign delegates from 110 countries. Pharmexcil is organizing the fourth edition of IPHEX in Mumbai during 27-29th April 2016.

Promoting Brand India Pharma and enhancing export of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products from India are the major objectives of this initiative.

Pharmexcil would be inviting over 10,000 business visitors including overseas buyers and drug regulators. Over 350 Indian companies from Pharma and healthcare sector would be exhibiting their products and services.
