To commemorate the occasion of the first anniversary of the Government on 26^th May, the XPD Division of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India has brought out a booklet titled “Transformational Diplomacy” which provides a comprehensive account of the Ministry’s achievements over a period of one year. The booklet was released by the Hon’ble External Affairs Minister of India Smt. Sushma Swaraj at her press conference on 31 May 2015. A short video by the same title has also been released.
